The official Invest in Türkiye source states that foreign natural persons may pursue exceptional citizenship through real estate when acquiring property worth at least USD 400,000 or equivalent.
The source also describes a title restriction preventing resale for at least three years and separate eligibility/application steps. The former USD 250,000 threshold should therefore not be relied on for current applications.
Meeting a monetary threshold does not itself guarantee citizenship. Property eligibility, payment and valuation records, conformity procedures and the applicant file remain separate parts of the process.
