Privacy approach

Türk İş Merkezi collects only the basic information required to respond to an inquiry: name, contact details, country, service of interest and message content. Passport copies, identity documents, bank records or similarly sensitive documents are not requested through the first-contact form.

Purposes

• Respond to the inquiry
• Route the request to the relevant service team
• Arrange a follow-up where appropriate
• Security, spam prevention and basic record management

Retention and sharing

Data should be retained only as long as necessary and in line with applicable legal obligations. If legal, accounting or other specialist support is required, data should be shared only to the extent necessary and on an appropriate legal basis.
